All athletes must get a physical done, here are all of the instructions to get cleared. Here is the physical form that must be taken to a doctor and signed. 

Additionally all athletes must complete IMPACT testing, here are all of the instructions for that. 

Our clearance date is 8/5 at 9am. ALL ATHLETES will need to have the above completed by that time. Students will meet at the financial office window to pay the trainer and transportation fees which are $25 and $50 respectively (Frosh Navy will not pay the transportation fee).
